This is a programme from
The Shadow's 1980 tour.
The Shadows were a British rock
group, and the backing band
for Cliff Richard.
The band was formed in 1959,
and continued to have hits
in the charts into the 2000s.
Their sound dominated
British pop music
in the early 1960s,
before The Beatles emerged.

I think to see The Shadows, Cliff Richard's backing band, and they were excellent, really thoroughly enjoyed it.
I went with a couple of friends from school and, yes, great memories of that.
