Ali Harrington Jones
Ali talks about how he spends his day:
"Well Jaden will wake me up
about half six,
so I get up then,
feed him his breakfast,
let him play for half an hour.
Then I get him dressed
and then we'll sit and play,
read books,
watch C-Beebies,
that's like a babysitter
at the moment for him."
"Depending on what time
my wife's at work,
she normally does twelve 'til six,
so I wake her up at ten o'clock,
she'll get in the bath,
iron her uniform,
come down
and play with Jaden for an hour
and then go to work.
Then I'll feed Jaden
just after she's left,
give him his bottle about one o'clock,
and hopefully he'll go down
for an hour."
"So then I'll tidy up the house,
put his toys away,
do the washing up,
get the dinner on.
Sit down,
have a cup of tea.
And then
he'll wake up,
and then give him a snack,
keep reading him books,
playing with his annoying toys
that just keep making noises
and shout at you.
Serena gets home,
normally about half six,
by the time
she's counted her money belt
and everything else,
we have dinner together.
I'm in a routine as well as Jaden is."
