'Croydon recreated' exhibition

Logo of the 'Croydon recreated' exhibition: 3 collections, 9 locations, 100 years.

'Croydon recreated' uses paintings by 'Evacustes' Arthur Phipson, photographs from the Photographic Survey & Record of Surrey and Ordnance Survey maps from the early 1900s, to explore what 9 locations around Croydon might have looked like around 100 years ago.

The exhibition is displayed in the Museum of Croydon Exhibition Gallery at Croydon Clocktower, from 10 November 2015 to 9 April 2016. Entrance to the exhibition is free.
