Beech House School's Reading Cards
These reading cards were used to teach children to read at Beech House School, Church Way, Sanderstead, in the 1930s. Beech House was a small private prep school with about twenty five pupils between the ages of four and eleven. The school occupies the same building today and has forty pupils aged between three and seven.
