This medicine cabinet belonged to the Coxall family of Richmond Road, Thornton Heath in the 1940's. Lilian Coxall bought most of the pills and potions, since she suffered from back and lung problems. her husband William Coxall believed that you didn't have to do anything if you were ill, since your body cured itself.
